- Membership is restricted to single, unattached, divorced or separated persons. This does not apply, however to members who have met and married other members of the Group.
- The annual membership fee of £17 * will be used solely for the benefit of the Club and its members and the Club will be run on a Non Profit Making basis.
- The books of the Club will be open to inspection by any Club member upon prior arrangement with the Club Treasurer.
- Members are requested to arrange one event or outing during every six months of their membership. This can be anything from a theatre outing, an event in their own home or merely arrangements for members to meet in a pub for a drink.
- Club Members will be welcome to attend Committee Meetings by prior arrangement.
- The Committee will consist of members of the Club whose names will appear at the head of each monthly programme. Any suggestions, complaints or criticisms concerning the Club should be made to any Committee Member.
- Membership will run on a yearly renewal basis from 1st January each year regardless of when the subscription is paid. Should a member join half way through the year, then their subscription will be on a pro-rata basis. If members do not wish their new year of membership to begin from the last expiry date they must satisfy the Committee that they have used none of the Club's facilities since their membership expired. Renewal of membership is at the discretion of the Committee whose decision is final.
- The Committee have the right to refuse or terminate a membership at any time, but should it be felt victimisation has taken place, then every member has the right to appeal.
- Members will be expected to act with proper respect and courtesy to all other members and abide by the Club's Code of Conduct.
- These guidelines may be amended at any time by the Committee and members will be notified of any changes.
